I know that I have posted about NDM a few times already but I think this place is fantastic. I've been frequeting here on tuesday afternoons and get to know the Owners and workers well. Brett who is an owner and Meadary maker is hosting a Mead Making 101 class that looks really interesting. Just an FYI for anyone who is interested

Meadmaking 101 will start you from the beginning covering equipment basics, sanitation, ingredients, fermentation basics and bottling your mead.
