Hospitality is the key! Does your server make you fell welcome, wanted and are they helpful? As a personal preference, I like to talk to the person I am eating with and pay very little attention to any server or manager. We like to see knowledgeable servers. If something is wrong, food in particular, the server should handle it. She should make it right without me even asking.
