Philosophies on Food

Food must be good. I have a saying 'people will wait for food but people will be angry if they wait for bad food.' I get very upset if I pay a lot of money for food that isn't good. If the food comes out not looking good then I get even more upset. If the food is wrong, the server should jump on fixing it. A servers tip depends on how well they handle themselves and treat the customer not on how well the restaurant performed.
